Pisgah Legal EITC Program Updates

Due to limited capacity, Pisgah Legal will not be accepting new appointments for its EITC tax program. We do have a few options available for those needing assistance.

First, we will be holding a document drop-off on Saturday, March 20th from 10AM-2PM in Pisgah Legal’s parking lot at 62 Charlotte Street, downtown Asheville. Taxpayers must have a household gross income of $57,000 or less to qualify. Please note that all taxpayers will be screened at drop-off to make sure their return is in-scope for the VITA Program. Bring your tax documents, social security card and photo ID and we will scan your documents and send to a tax preparer.
