    Tax Deadline Extended!

    Due to the natural disaster, WNC has been granted an automatic extension to Sept. 25, 2025 for all federal and state tax returns for 2024. Pisgah Legal Services offers free tax help to qualifying individuals. Call 828-210-3404 or apply online.

Pat & Phil Smith

Pat and Phil are Co-Chairs of the PLS Endowment Campaign. Phil is a retired attorney with The Van Winkle Law Firm, and Pat is the retired executive director of CFWNC.

Thalia Hoy

Thalia has been assisting clients who are immigrants through Pisgah Legal’s Justice for All Program for more than 21 years.

Carol Steen

Carol is a donor and Pisgah Legal Services Board Member. She serves as Vice President of HR, IT, and Security for Biltmore Farms.
