Obamacare: Despite court challenge, COVID-19, ACA enrollment steady in WNC

The Affordable Care Act may be under review by the US Supreme Court, but it’s not stopping Western North Carolinians from signing up in droves.
“Right now, the ACA is still the law, and open enrollment is happening,” said Pisgah Legal Services Chief Operations Officer Jackie Kiger. Kiger is urging people to get enrolled before the deadline Dec. 15.
