Pat & Phil Smith

Pat and Phil are Co-Chairs of the PLS Endowment Campaign. Phil is a retired attorney with The Van Winkle Law Firm, and Pat is the retired executive director of CFWNC.

Thalia Hoy

Thalia has been assisting clients who are immigrants through Pisgah Legal’s Justice for All Program for more than 21 years.

Carol Steen

Carol is a donor and Pisgah Legal Services Board Member. She serves as Vice President of HR, IT, and Security for Biltmore Farms.

Jim Carillon

Jim has been a dedicated Pisgah Legal volunteer for more than 10 years, helping clients enroll in affordable healthcare and providing tax preparation.
